Emerson has introduced the Rosemount 319 flush ring with a valve integrated design, which ensures accurate differential pressure measurement and low maintenance, and is suitable for various differential pressure applications.
The new Rosemount 319 flush ring offers both traditional and compact options, providing a connection from the process to the seal, enabling faster maintenance of the diaphragm seal without having to disconnect it from the process flange.
Both versions of the Rosemount 319 flush ring are pre-assembled, including the flush ring, matched valves, and connection parts. This allows technicians to skip the process of sourcing and assembling components on-site, thus enabling quicker commissioning of the equipment. The Rosemount 319 flush ring has undergone factory leakage testing, so users can install the product onto the vessel right out of the box. After installation, the maintenance of the diaphragm seal is significantly faster without compromising safety, while reducing the management of inventory and parts from multiple suppliers. The version-specific features include:
The traditional Rosemount 319 flush ring design adopts a flow-through cleaning function, and its size can accommodate almost any application. It offers configurations of ball valves, needle valves, or gate valves, as well as a variety of materials, flange types, sizes, and ratings.
The compact Rosemount 319 flush ring design can quickly remove the accumulation of residues. Compared with other flush rings, it has increased the cleaning speed by 5 times, increased the surface area by 30%, and reduced the leakage points by 50%. With a smaller footprint of the components, it enables accurate differential pressure measurement in applications where the installation space for the flush ring is limited, making it suitable for a wider range of applications. The configurations include needle valves and a variety of materials, flange types, sizes, and ratings.
"The Rosemount 319 flush ring with an integrated valve assembly is designed to eliminate procurement and on-site labor costs. The product can be commissioned faster and more efficiently, and the DP-level sealing system can be easily accessed for future maintenance, while reducing downtime. Such efficiency reduces risks, costs, and complexities for our customers," said Nicole Meidl, Product Manager of Emerson.
