Product information:
The ATOS MAP hydro - electric pressure switches are essential for hydraulic systems. With a fixed switching pressure differential, they ensure consistent performance. The use of a mechanical microswitch with gold - plated contacts offers high reliability and an extended service life. Operation is straightforward. When the hydraulic circuit pressure reaches the value set on the graduated adjusting knob, the microswitch changes its status. It reverts to its original position as the pressure drops below the nominal fixed differential. The electric connector provides both NC and NO contacts for flexible connections. The pressure in the circuit acts on a piston against an adjustable spring, triggering the microswitch when the set pressure is achieved. With a maximum pressure capacity of 630 bar, these switches are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, from heavy - duty machinery to fluid power systems.
Product furtures:
The ATOS MAP hydro - electric pressure switches feature a fixed switching pressure differential, ensuring consistent operation. Their mechanical microswitch, equipped with gold - plated contacts, offers remarkable reliability and an extended lifespan. Ideal for hydraulic systems, they accurately detect pressure changes. Easy to adjust, they provide both NC and NO contacts for flexible use in various industrial applications.
