Product

The ATOS directional control valve DLHZO-TEB/TES is an example of an Italian ATOS directional control valve. It uses the neutral function of the spool valve to design an unloading circuit to achieve energy conservation. When the three-position directional control valve with the neutral function of type H, K or M is in the neutral position, the oil output by the pump directly returns to the tank, forming an unloading circuit. This enables the pump to operate under no-load or low-output power conditions, thereby achieving energy conservation. This method is relatively simple, but it is not suitable for systems where one pump drives two or more actuators.

The neutral function of the Italian ATOS directional control valve is designed as a braking circuit or a locking circuit. To stop the moving working mechanism at any desired position and prevent it from moving due to external influences after stopping, a braking circuit can be used. The method is to use the directional control valve for braking. For example, when the spool function of the directional control valve is M-type or O-type, when it returns to the neutral position, it can cut off the oil supply and return oil circuits, causing the actuator to stop moving rapidly.

The Italian ATOS directional control valve uses H-type and Y-type directional control to achieve floating. For instance, when the rotary mechanism of a hydraulic crane rotates under load, if braking is too abrupt, the inertial force will generate a significant hydraulic shock. Therefore, directional control valves with H-type or Y-type spool functions are often used. When the directional control valve returns to the neutral position, the rotary motor is in a floating state, and then foot braking is used to make it stop smoothly. When the four-way four-position directional control valve of type M and H is in the H position, that is, the floating position, at this time, the bucket can be lowered to pick up materials or level the ground, and the bucket can rise and fall according to the height of the ground, that is, to achieve floating. In addition, this circuit can still smoothly lower the bucket when the system suddenly stops working. On the directional control valve of the walking motor of a crawler excavator, a directional control valve with Y-type spool function is used, which can keep the walking motor in a floating state and not bear the braking load during the excavation operation.

Features of ATOS proportional valves:

It can achieve stepless adjustment of pressure and speed, avoiding the impact phenomenon when the common on-off type pneumatic valve changes direction.

2) It can achieve remote control and program control.

Compared with intermittent control, the system is simplified and the components are greatly reduced.

4) It features low power consumption, minimal heat generation and low noise.
